A few survivor hot rods on display in the "Suede" building.
A nicely patinated '40 Willys gasser complete with period small chevy sporting side by side dual quad set up.
Remarkable '29 A-V8 roadster that made its way through the years, trends, and fads, and somehow escaped unharmed and 'as built' circa 1949.

Both of these cars are fantastic. The Willys, of course, gets my heart trip-hammering. Had I something like that, I'd probably try to drive it to work every day. I don't think I'd ever change the paint. I'm wondering about the intake setup. Looks like it might be a set of Edelbrock carbs, but hard to tell from the photo. I can't think of the company that would have produced that intake manifold.
The roadster is simple as an anvil and just as effective. It's a bare bones hot rod with the right stance, probably very similar to what a lot of cars looked like running around on the streets back in the day. A pretty nice driver in its time.
